When history is not boring - at the National History Museum!

On Wednesday the children had a morning of English lessons before getting their stuff ready to go to the Natural History Museum.

There they saw dinosaurs and other extinct animals, stuffed animals that looked like they could jump out at you at any moment, strange plants, marine life, and a Charles Darwin exhibition!

Of course, the children's favourite place was the gift shop... one boy even bought a paint-your-own dinosaur set, then managed to forget it in the sweet shop.

He had to run back with an activity leader, leaving everyone waiting in the coach, and look everywhere, but thankfully he found it all in one piece! And he even remembered to say a loud "Thank you very much!" to the sweet shop man!
