Celebrities are people who are known about by more people than most, they are famous and everyone knows things about them. Celebrities are often wealthy due to their fame or success in their career. This is not always the case, some people become famous from a social networking site, they are known as internet sensations. Many people are ‘Facebook Famous’, this is when they are followed as a person or have their own page and many people have liked it.

Facebook Famous

Many people who are Facebook Famous are people who spend a lot of their time posting things and being on Facebook. They tend to be funny as people follow them to laugh and see them make a fool of themselves. Someone called Jamie Curry has a page on Facebook called ‘Jamie’s World’ and she has 3.4million likes!  She posts funny videos, images and statuses that make people laugh. Another ‘Facebook Famous’ person is Will McGuiness. He makes people laugh by joking about his weight. He has 220,000 followers on Facebook.

Katy Perry

Katy Perry (Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson) is an American singer, Songwriter, business woman and actress. She was born on the 25^{th of} October 1984(Aged 28). Katy was born and raised in California. She became famous in 2008 when her song ‘I Kissed a Girl’ was released and became No.1 in over 20 countries. Katy Perry’s No.1 hit is ‘Firework, released in 2010, No.2 is ‘E.T’, released in 2011 and No.3 is ‘Hot ‘n Cold’, released in 2009.

Beyoncé

Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter simply known as Beyoncé is an American singer, Songwriter and Actress. She was born on 4^th of September 1981(Aged 31). She was born and brought up in Texas. She became famous in 1997 when she was in a group called Destiny’s Child.  Beyoncé’s No.1 song is ‘Irreplaceable’, released in 2006, No.2 song is ‘Crazy in Love’, released in 2003 and No.3 song is ‘Single Ladies’, released in 2008.

Kristen Stewart

Kristen Jaymes Stewart is an American actress who is best known for her role as Bella Swan in The Twilight Saga. She was born on the 9^th of April 1990(Aged 23). She became famous when she was 8 after an agent saw her perform in her elementary school Christmas play. She worked alongside Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner as they starred in Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight Saga.
